Although the architectural details and features of the building were restored, we created a living space rooted in Scandinavian design and yet contemporary, as reflected in the colour scheme.

The design brief for the renovation of N° 20 was developed in close collaboration with the owner of the property throughout the process, typical of how we work at GARDE.
The building, a townhouse from the 1930’s, demanded a total renovation to meet the requirements of a dynamic modern family.
GARDE was also commissioned to design the dining room table as well as the bathroom furniture, central features in the home.
